Ingredients

500g chicken nibblets

¼ cup dark soy sauce

2Tbsp Honey

4Tbsp Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Seasoning Mild or Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Seasoning Hot

½ cup sweet and sour chilli

½ orange

Preparation

1. Turn oven on at 170 fan
2. Rinse chicken nibblets under water, squeeze orange over, place to the side
3. In a bowl mix other ingredients
4. Place chicken into an ovenproof dish with a lid
5. Pour marinade over chicken place lid and put into oven
6. Cook for 40 minutes then take lid of for 10 minutes to brown
7. When cooked and browned to your taste, take out of oven
