JERK BBQ VEGETARIAN MEDLEY

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Serves: 4-6

INGREDIENTS

1 sliced aubergine

1 sliced mushroom

1 sliced zucchini

1 sliced red pepper, yellow and orange

1 sliced red onion

PREPARATION

  1. Make sure BBQ nice and hot to get a good char

  2. Rinse off all vegetables

  3. Slice all vegetables

  4. Brush with oil and sprinkle with Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Seasoning Mild or Hot, Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Garlic Salt

  5. Place on BBQ turn when needed

  6. Place into a bowl and enjoy

SERVING TIPS

This can be served with vegan burger, this gives it a different texture and takes it to the next level.
