MARLAINA'S JAMAICAN BEEF NACHOS

INGREDIENTS
500g prime beef mincemeat
1 large onion diced
1 tin of Indian tomatoes
1tsp ready made crushed garlic
1tsp Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Garlic Salt
3Tbsp Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Coriander Seasoning
2Tbsp Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Seasoning Mild or 1 tsp of Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Seasoning Hot
4Tbsp of Heinz ketchup
2 beef OXO cubes
1 tin red kidney beans
2Tbsp dark soy sauce
1 large bag nachos
600ml of beef stock

PREPARATION

Rinse mince under water tap

Mix together in a bowl: ketchup, beef stock, Marlaina’s Premium Jerk Seasoning Mild or Hot, Garlic Salt, Coriander Seasoning and Indian tinned tomatoes

Put a pan on stovetop high heat. Place mince in the pan

Add half of the mix in bowl over mince, give good stir

Once meat is turning brown add onions and turn down heat

Add the rest of your stock. Turn heat down to 3 or 4, let simmer for the last 10 minutes

Take off heat place into a serving bowl
